Feb. 12, 2020
This month I spent some time on the web page and realized there were things I could and should be feeding to Jack and Luci to increase the amount of information the viewers could receive. I sent them a copy of the newsletter, a copy of the Cowboy Poetry Flyer, a copy of the 2019 list of donors,( which also was given to the Miles City Star) A copy of the names of those for whom we received memorial money ( which was also sent to the Star) , a calendar of events and a copy of the curators report. These will be updated on a monthly basis.
I also sent a calendar of events to the Miles City Chamber of events. This will also be updated monthly.
Our donations this month were a can of native polished rocks to be sold through the gift shop from Allison Campbell, an EKG machine that used to belong to Dr. Malcome Winter Sr. donated by Thomas Bail of Miles City, and 3 local history books from Rosemary Zettler of Cal.
I have taken pictures and gathered history which was sent to 3 different families, plus answered many e-mails and phone calls.
I touched base with Aye Construction and as soon as they are finished with their current job and the weather clears they will pour the cement behind the walk through, paint the front under the eaves and repair the west inside of the Officers’ Quarters.
In the spring we may receive help with cleaning from a 4-H group and the Young Republicans. This is pending until these organizations have their meetings.
Since last meeting we have had 9 functions with 86 more dated before the end of the year.
